today I’m excited to introduce you to the TD 91 projector from Tamil. In my opinion, this is one of the best budget projectors available on AliExpress. It delivers excellent image quality with sharp visuals and vibrant colors. I tested the projector by watching a few movies, and I was genuinely impressed by its performance. Unlike other projectors I’ve tested on this channel, the TD 91 stands out with its superior contrast levels.
Additionally, the brightness of the image is strong enough to be projected in environments with direct lighting, thanks to its 5,000 real lumens. This projector made me realize that I don’t necessarily need a reflective screen for a better viewing experience, especially in completely dark rooms. I tested this by projecting the image much larger than my reflective projection screen, and I noticed that at a certain angle, the image looked exactly the same with or without the reflective screen. In other words, the reflective screen didn’t make a difference due to the projector’s high brightness.
The manufacturer didn’t specify the brightness in ANSI lumens, but I can confidently say it’s easily around 300 ANSI lumens. The projector runs on Android 9, allowing you to install your favorite apps via the Play Store, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube. Some of these apps even come pre-installed, so you can start using the projector right out of the box.
Another great feature is the 4D Keystone correction, which is essentially a four-point keystone adjustment. This is incredibly useful if you can’t place the projector directly facing the wall, as it helps correct any skewed or distorted images. With the four-point keystone, you can perfectly align the image into a clean rectangle, making it much easier to find the ideal spot for your projector.
I definitely recommend this projector. So far, it’s at the top of my list of the best projectors I’ve tested on the channel. The Android system is fast, the image quality is excellent, the sound from the built-in speakers is satisfying, and the brightness of the projected image is strong.
